Breaking News: EU diplomat has said that the European Union will ban 90% imports from Russian in the oil department. Michel a top EU official has confirmed the EU oil ban from Russia this comes after Hungary leader said a deal wasn’t really coming to being.


The European Union’s President Charles Michel has said that the ban immediately will halt 2/3 of imports from Russia. The 90% ban will fully take into effect after the end of the year, 2022, but it’s yet to be told when Russian gas will be completely cut off from EU member states.
“Ban on Russian oil exempts oil that comes through pipelines.
This allows dependent states, which is Hungary almost exclusively, to continue importing.
Shipped (sea-borne oil imports) Russian oil, accounting for 2/3 of EU imports, will be banned.
Germany and Poland will stop oil imports via the Druzhba pipeline by the end of the year.
