Reports have emerged that Kyiv is completely surrounded by Russian troops, these reports haven’t been verifiable, but video has merged showing Russian troops controlling Ukrainian military bases.
The mayor of Kyiv has said that the city is surrounded by Russian troops.

The mayor has said that due to the Russians surrounding the capital it is almost impossible for evacuations of the city. People were evacuating the capital by cars and trains and the traffic from the capital to Poland would take 40 hours or almost the same as a plane going from Los Angeles to London twice.
The European Union is set to give 450 million euros of weapons to Ukraine as it faces near collapse by Russian troops.
Ukraina has rebuked Russia at the International Court of Justice for planning a genocide at Ukraine.
