Breaking News: A shooter has been killed in Tulsa, Oklahoma after shooting multiple people in a hospital and killing one victim.

UPDATE: Four people have died by the result of the gunman who entered the building with a rifle. It is believed that he went inside to draw blood and kill people who were inside the medical building.
Tulsa office personnel are on scene at St. Francis Hospital to provide assistance in the active shooter incident. Tulsa Police Department is the point of contact and will release more information as it becomes available.
