Elon Musk the world’s richest man, founder owner of SpaceX, owner of Tesla, and founder and owner of Starlink has bought 9.2% share of twitter, compared to former CEO Jack Dorsey who owns a bit over 2 percent stake at twitter. Musk spent 2.9 billion dollars in twitter making him the largest shareholder by far. Musk if in fact surrounded by decision making will have a hard time and need to pose at least over 50% percent to have a guarantee on the say on decisions the company will need to make. Elon Musk now has 73,486,938 shares of twitter and its voting power, this make’s Musk one of the most powerful people in Twitter, trumping the shares of its high ranking members combined.

Musk created a poll in which over 1.3 million people voted, and the majority said twitter should implement an edit button. Twitter has said they were working on the feature, but Musk seemed to be playing with the Company.

The CEO has over 80 million followers’ making him one of the largest social media influencers on twitter and the world, by Musk buying shares of twitter made him, the elite in twitter’s power.
