Google buys Israeli Cybersecurity firm for 500 mln

Google LLC which owns YouTube and is the owner of the two largest websites of the world Google.com and YouTube.com allegedly bought Israeli startup cybersecurity firm Siemplify. This buy in deal came after the largest search engine company Google promised to invest 10 billion in cybersecurity till 2025.

There are no records of this deal between the companies, but a source has alleged the deal was made for 500 million dollars in cash.

“Siemplify, led by co-founder and chief executive Amos Stern provides security orchestration, automation and response solutions. It has raised $58 million from investors including G20 Ventures and 83North.”

Google has been alleged to say that Siemplify technology will be used with its cloud platform while integrated with it.

This gate opener will help Google the giant U.S firm to open a new bright gate to the Middle East market and specifically Israel. Google’s first Israeli firm purchase was advised by Guggenheim Securities to Siemplify for the deal with Google to be made.
