French President Macron is projected to win the first round of the Presidential election. After the President called for a possibility of the opposition to win the election.
“The abstention rate, likely to prove crucial in this election, is likely to be between 25% and 26.5 %, according to French pollsters – higher than in the previous 2017 first round (22.2%), but not at 2002’s record level of 28.4 %.”
“Voters are casting their vote in the first round of the French presidential election, with figures putting turnout at 25 per cent by noon – a down from the last vote five years ago.” The Independent

The French Presidential system vote is a complex system which the French people vote by their heart first then by their head. Causing for the creation of two elections intertangled together into one election, Macron has given his worries about the election and has called for his supporters to vote and turnout for the election.
