The most influential singer in a country of 110 plus million people Teddy Afro has released a song named ናዕት which translates to unleavened bread. The song within reaching 24 hours has reached 1.3 million views of its release on the social media platform YouTube.

The Ethiopian singer released it two days after the Associated Press reported the death of over 260 plus individua’s perpetrated by Oneg Shene which refers to itself as the OLF (Oromo Liberation Army). The song criticizes the government and its actions, how it fails to provide a safe haven for the people and how it prioritizes projects rather than the lives of people.
The singer seems to have been depressed with sadness after the lack of government actions and only words against terror attacks against Civilians. The singer has attracted the hate of the government due to the release of anti-government and prolife of innocent people.
