Breaking News Texas Abortion Law put on hold by a federal Judge from Justice Department Legal challenge

A federal judge order a temporarily block on Texas Law which restricts abortions. A victory by the Justice Department which seeks to overturn the law itself due to Biden’s polices.

The ruling on Wednesday by U.S District Judge Robert Pitman in Austin makes medical employees to have children be aborted once again. The Law which Texas implemented made Woman who were pregnant after six weeks not to have an abortion. People and residents in Texas could sue the driver that helped the woman to get an abortion or the woman also and get rewards. This ability gave some legal challenges to over throw the law because the Texas government wasn’t the sole entity which sues people who have an abortion or help get the person an abortion.

Texas is likely to appeal the Judge’s ruling and a different outcome may be placed. The Justice Department argued the law should be put hold while the case is on trial to due the severe impacts which it holds on woman that want abortions.
